A message to all our clients regarding COVID-19
19 March 2020

We are implementing a series of administrative measures so that we can continue to service your needs whilst observing best practice for containment of the virus.

SUPPORTING YOUR WELL-BEING

Where possible, we will arrange for your records to be brought into the office that normally deals with your affairs. This hopefully will reduce the risk of cross infection rather than if we were to visit you at your premises and carry out our work.

LOWERING THE RISK

In cases where it is necessary to visit you, we will firstly contact you to ensure you are happy for us to attend and we will be enquiring about any precautions you will have taken or would like us to take.

WE WILL WORK WITH YOU

Should you wish us to attend your offices, we will advise you of the steps we are taking and will let you know of any cases of the virus we may have or if we have any precautionary self-isolating amongst our staff, in case that affects your request.

ADDITIONAL GUIDANCE

Please see the following links. The first link covers various support measures put in place by the Government following the Budget and the Chancellor’s announcements on 17th March, whilst the second gives useful employment law advice to employers on their obligations towards staff and paying them whilst off either due to having the virus or because they are self-isolating.
